Who I work with
For over 30 years, I have helped business owners, medical and legal practices, and entertainment professionals navigate federal, state and international tax challenges. Although I am retired, I am making referrals to my colleagues at Aprio.
My specialty
My specialties include coordinated corporate and individual income tax planning, business valuations and exit planning. I create tax-efficient strategies that include all possible tax credits and incentives and create sound tax liability projections. I leverage my training and experience as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and an Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF®) specialist to successfully guide clients through M&A transactions, succession planning and exit strategies.

I am an avid traveler and usually travel domestically or internationally several times a year (I can’t wait to travel again).

I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Georgia State University. Before joining Aprio, I was the Managing Partner at Magoon, Freeman, Spain & Jones, LLC.
