Who I work with
I serve executives and owners of closely held businesses with $1 million to $50 million in revenue. My industry experience extends across residential and commercial real estate, including multi-family housing, mini warehouses, hotels, resorts and agriculture. I also serve professional services, commercial printing, and importing and distribution businesses. A high percentage of my clients operate in the Contra Costa, Alameda, San Francisco and San Mateo Counties of California.
My specialty
My specialties include tax planning and compliance for individuals, corporations, partnerships and trusts, as well as estate planning, retirement planning, succession planning, asset protection strategies and tax structuring for M&A transactions. I have extensive experience advising clients on tax deferral strategies, including installment sales, like-kind exchanges and cost segregation studies. I provide international tax consulting to nonresident individuals and international businesses structuring operations in the US.

I earned my Master of Taxation and Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. I am a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
